Which skills do industrial workers need in the present and future? Does the educational system provide these skills? What are the roles of companies and the labor unions? How do Sweden and Switzerland approach the challenges? What can we learn from each other?
Utökad information om evenemangetBesides addressing the input side of the equation – education and training -, the panel will also discuss the outcome side: competitiveness of the economy, youth (un)employment and the integration of migrants into the labor market. The discussion among panelists will be held in English. It is followed by a Q&A session in Swedish and English.
